yepp, very interesting project!

I programm c# at daytime and when I look at the current screeshots of this app, it's clear why it will "never" be released:
Don't plan to make software which "Can do everything in every case and eventuality" in beta stadium.
It makes much more sense to release a ...

@hambone1

yeah, i use the same drum controller and play for 4 months now.
At first, latency was no topic, but with the skill comes the pain!

I think a hardware unit is defnintely necessary because when playing drums you need 2-4 ms or so - impossible for a pc-setup.

I just discovered this and it resolves your issue.

First of all your tracks have to be armed...may I suggest using an audio track 1 as input and monitor only....then set the inputs of your other recording tracks to Audio1.
Arm all the tracks but turn the monitor off for eveything except input ...

thanks for that video.

my sugggestion:
- Put the Compressor in a Return Channel
- create a Midi Track with Impulse with 4 Midi Clips. Put in these Clips just a Kick-Drum which comes 4/4, 4/4t, 2/4 or 2/4T.
- route that miditrack audioout to the returnchannel - leftIn of the compressor.

If you play ...
