you could send a MIDI click track out of the MIDI-port to the drummer. The drummer then needs a sound module with a MIDI input (e.g. small dr machine as BOSS Dr-5, ...) and a headphone output. So the drummer could select his favourite click sound. The MIDI click track could be more complex ...

I want to synchronize 2 laptops over an external MIDI-unit. Here is my setup:

Roland MC 307 (master)
Laptop 1 (slave)
Laptop 2 (slave)

This works, provided that the Live projects on the laptop are already loaded. Afterwards I press play on the master and the two Lives run in sync ...

Setup:
Motu Firewire 828mkII (MIDI-Clock) ->
-> M-Audio Midisport 8x8/s ->
-> Roland MC 307 (Slave Mode)

I need a MIDI-Clock offset by -75ms

1) MIDI-Clock offset=0ms
2) hit play -> out of sync
3) turn MIDI-Clock offset to -75ms (while still playing) -> plays ...

That doesn't workl properly. It works into the one direction - but the step size is too small, it takes many turns the ableton poti from one to the other side.

Nick Bookman from Novation mentioned, that he will tell the programmers to solve the problem, i hope there will be an OS update soon ...

Under certain circumstances the Quantize Beat function of Autofilter does not work correctly.

I've made a simple test project with Simpler and Autofiler. I set the Autofilter-LFO Amount and the Quantize Beat function to 1. After one bar Autofilter seems to bee disabled.

4) P4 2.53 GHz
5) 512MB DDR Ram
6) Motu 828mkII Firewire
7) 5400 rpm

It would be really nice to be able to save an impulse user preset with the used samples to a definable folder.
