is it posible to turn audio and midimaterial from the sequencerview into clips(like with the help of the rightclickmenu)? I would like to drag chops into the clips section to edit them and put them back into the sequencerview later.

problem with assigning midi to controlls
I got a footcontroller and when assigning the footknobs to play or record i see 1/PB, .PB and .PE in those white boxes instead of 1/c1 or numbers.
what does 1/PB, .pb and .pe(in those white boxes) mean when assigning midi to controlls?

i got a question on routing a (Art x-11) midi footcontroler thru a korg microkontrol(usb) into live. When assigning a footbutton to record or play i only can assign 3 of 5 buttons. Also i do not see any midinumbers(like c1) just 1/PB, .PB and .PE. i can't find any eplanation to that.

yeah man you are right! the assignment works from where the kob is at! When i set it to -12 it starts from there! almost perfect, but i can live with that! Thats a perfect feature for live sessions! Cos sometimes i have to jump to a certain transposition like from -8 to +3 without the steps between ...

i wonder if i can transpose by midi keys instead of turning a knob?
What i'm lookin for is similar to the idea of that new vestax turntable, where you can live transpose(pitchshift) any records output by keyvalues like cdefgab(h).
I want to transpose any samplematerial by the keyboards ...
