guys interestingly enough i get the same problem! i just bought my access ti polar earlier this week.. it seems to work fine but when i try to record notes especially arpeggiators there is huge latency problem... the beats initially come in and out and then they are off sync completely.

Ok guys, i reinstalled the latest software package and it re-updated the firmware of my TI and now when i open live and doubleclick the virus VST it opens up with no problem... i guess the issue, for whatever reason, is fixed for now...

Did the Virus Control installer work ok? Are you plugging it into the exact same USB port each time? Try reinstalling the Virus Control plug in, amd make sure you're using the latest version as well.

ACTUALLY JOHN THANKS! i think i know what happened, i bought the boxed version of live 6 and then downloaded the upgrade 6.0.3... does that mean that i need to download all the ...

yes but even when i press the hotswap button, all i see in browser is the same button beside the device operator... i cant actually select a preset... if i click on operator in the browser, there are no sub files underneath it... sorry again, i just dont get it...

im not very good with macs... i have bought and just installed live boxed set 6.0 and have downloaded 6.03 on to my hardisk. when the dmg files is complete and i double click i am told to move the 6.03 folder to my hardisk... now what?
