i would do it like this: transpose the audioclip, render it to disk drop it into sampler and there you can assign multiple samples to one key, in this case original and transposed (although i assume you know this...)
it is not like a realtime workflow as you have to render stuff but the internal ...

is there a simple way for sampler? i cannot find it, i searched the manual and here,... how do i rename a midi note? if i build drumkits in sampler how can i achieve it that in the piano roll the name gets shown?
