[5026] 8b12 bug Graphical glitch when zoomed in on audio
When you zoom in to an audio region in order to move it ie to tighten a part (with grid off) Live 7 used to 'ghost' the waveform so you could see where you where moving the region to.
This is not working properly in L8b12. The 'ghost' is a different part of the waveform and bears little relevance ...

Where to instal the OIC?
Hi
I've just pruchased the Orchestral Instruments Collection and they total at about 21 gig.
Is it possible for me to install them on an external drive without moving my live library?
Reason being I use my laptop all the time but don't always need to use the OIC or have a hard drive with me ...

hi guys
Just thought I'd update you if anybody is interested. I had a good look around and eventually decided that the "HP W2408h" 24" display (with USB hub which is handy) fitted my studio/budget rather well. 24" for £290 not bad - the 30" dell would have been nice (for the name at least) though ...

Wow - what an awesome response - Cheers ! I'll have a jolly good trawl around and try and find some solutions based on this info.
If I can do some visual comparisons in the store I'll post my findings + the uk prices. Generally I think computer products are a little more expensive here than in the ...

Recommend a new display/monitor?
Hi
I've been using the apple 23" display in a studio and now my crappy 15" display is depressing. Of course I'd like one of those but they are mighty expensive.
I'm using a G5 mac and am after the biggest, best quality, cheapest solution !
Any recommendations?
Cheers !

HELP... export temp / time sig changes to PTs?
Hi Guys
I need to export some elaborate time sig / tempo changes to pro tools. I've tried creating a midi file but it doesn't seem to retain this info between programmes.
Any ideas would save my bacon !
Gratzie

Exporting audio for protools session
Hi Guys
I have a lot of songs that I need to export as audio for a protools session.
My question is:
Do I have to resample each track in real time or is the export audio 'all tracks' function totally reliable.
I only ask as years ago with Live 5 the timing used to drift on offline exports ...
