My guess is you are trying to use a 32 bit plugin whilst running the 64 bit version of Ableton

64 bit won't make any difference to "CPU glitches", unless of course you are actually running out of ram.

64 bit means the program can address an insane amount of RAM. 32 bit limit is around 4GB, 64 bit is around 1000GB or something crazy (I know that's not an accurate figure but you get my point ...

I have 9 suite installed, have downloaded and installed latest version of Max and also downloaded the max essentials packs.

The problem I have is that no max devices show in the browser under the max 4 live section. I have to go to My Packs, browse to the max pack and select them from there. I ...

Im not sure if what I did was correct, but I uninstalled Live 8 and completely deleted my sound library including all the packs from Suite 8.

Then I downloaded all the packs I wanted from the Ableton website and installed those.

I have no idea if Im missing anything, but I assume the My Packs ...
