on the input when u play the gutiar, you prolly notice the leveel goin up and down on one side of the channel (L or R) whichever is the one moving (L or R) change the input to receive that side of the channel (L or R ) only.

I am using a clip that when rendered causes a really loud click in the right speaker. I don't hear this during regular play - I don't even hear something unusual happeing at the point the rendered click occurs.

hmm - Ableton is rejecting my .aiff files. I don't remember it doing that before. I've been having some trouble with my OS - I'm wondering if that is the source. I get the message that ableton can't recognize the file type "aiff". aif and wav no-extension files are just fine

i bet if you look at the file that's streeeetched out at the end that there's one last warp marker. uncheck it and it should sound normal (or more normal). .

*That* was the ticket. Unchecking the last marker, then a little tweaking of where the new 'last' marker should be and now I have my loop ...
