fucking ridiculous debate in my own opinion. everyone has their own definitions these days especially with genre blurs. for the most part people agree that electronica and EDM (electronic dance music) are entirely seperate...EDM being the umbrella category for such genres as:

trance
house
breaks ...

punch is mostly in the midrange so no, adding a sub will not give you that result. the only application I have ever used subs on a pair of near-field monitors is when sculpting sub-bass frequencies that you can feel but not hear.

Not too sure how this will sell in the mainstream as it was developed for Sasha's set. I think with a couple of MIDI controllers and a Lemur you'd be better off to design your own layout (atleast for EDM sets). I like the old design better!
