I like Touchable 3. You can see it on youtube. There is a nice in app purchase for being able to control devices.


yes, seems pretty cool except for the price ,and, it appears, that you have to plug it in via usb. seems that would defeat the purpose of being remote.

i've just got logic pro with its remote app and figured i'd do the same with live 9.

what app would you recommend?

i've received an email from ableton indicating i can get a 33% discount to upgrade from live 7 to live 8. i still use ableton live 7 quite a bit but my main daw is logic 9.
i'm wondering how happy people are with the change from 7 to 8. i may spring for it if it appears to be worthwhile.

i have the box, dvds, manual, everything that came with Live 6. i was just getting ready to toss it out and i thought i'd ask if there is any reason to save it? i don't think anyone could use it even if i gave it away.

i'm running 7.0.16 on a mac with osx 10.4.11. it appears that none of the 7.0.18 versions will work with the above configuration. i have operator but do not have the full suite.
is that correct?

i have live 7 with the operator that i purchased as well as the EIC. when i upgrade to 8 download, i should automatically get both upgraded free as part of the package. Is that correct? it is hard to tell from the ableton site. rather confusing.

i've been searching for this magazine but have been unable to find it. on the musictech website, they indicate that it is available at borders and barnes and nobles but neither knows a thing about it. i hate to pay to have it sent from the UK.
has anyone seen this magazine in any of the bookstores ...

It'll hopefully will be. If the are able to keep the cpu down and still sound like the demos does then it's an instant buy for me.
