AMD APU Problems???

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has had issues using a machine with an AMD APU on it. I am running 9.1.7 on a black Friday cheapie machine. It's Win8.1, AMD A8 6410 Quad Core 2.0GHz, with 8G RAM, 64bit. I know this thing certainly isn't top of the line by any standard, but what is really tripping ...

I had been running 32bit on an older system until I got a new laptop for Christmas. I had nothing but trouble with the 64bit version. I do live looping in the project I'm in now, and I could only get 4 midi clips running, (with some automation, effects, etc), before crashing. The playback would just ...

Just like the title says... being able to use 2 pushes in a single instance of Ableton where each push can interact COMPLETELY, not just knobs, with different tracks.

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but I can't seem to find what I looking for. Does anyone know if there is a way to record live playing from an instrument on a midi track to an audio track receiving signal from the aforementioned midi track?

I think it would be really nice to be able to do something similar to the note and chord automation options in the melody sequencer, in something that looks like the standard note mode.
