Hi man,

Sounds very compressed with some dope high freq eq.

I'd use the Helios Eq or something that sounds like it or even the Pultec (or any emulation for the matter).

Also, cutting down the low freq would help since the high end and mid-end range is very present.

Not really, but the fewer the bits the more important it is with a normalized source, preferably already at recording. After 24 bits it doesn't matter as much, if at all.

I always use drum rack for my drums. By default I use simpler.
