I need this too. Currently I create multichannel files with Plogue Bidule and edit them with Reaper. It would be nice, to have this in Live.

Did you select the right ADAT output in Push?
Can you see audio coming into the RME on the TotalMix software?
TotalMix is very versatile.

Actually ADAT should work when properly configured, unless there is a defect. It is audio standard for long time. Maybe you should ask in the RME forum: https://forum.rme-audio.de/

I have no experience with Push/Adat, but logically it is a question of master and slave. When you send Push Adat Out to RME 400 Adat In , Push has to be the master. Otherwise connect both ins and outs, that Push gets Adat Sync from RME.

A. I don´t know of any plugin, that can do this, only hardware loopers. But you could use several synchronized Ableton Loopers, each in his own channel. One Looper for each layer.
