LOL!
Really funny, it's the only thing that mad me feel good all day! I work at sbux and i had the rudest customers all day. Had coin money thrown at me by one, and another threatened me because it looked like i winked at his girl friend! I never treat people like that, even if i'm in a bad mood. funny!

agreed. get rid of the ion if you never use it. it is a really great synth imho. - if you never really delve into the guts of ion's modulation matrix, i doubt you would find the se1x more inspiring to work with. i'm really happy with the ion today. it's attempts to mimic analog drift are really inte...

I get the feeling that only one guy showed up ![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
Oh well, at least working with ableton gets you around the country once & awhile.
I looked at the myspace site you posted. Poor Shane, no friends. I'll send a request sometime.

We have been using a 7200 SATA drives. It is great. We have never felt the need for a faster drive. You really should not have a problem with that track count and a 7200 drive. I am sure others will say to get the faster one, but if cost and noise are an issue, get the 7200. I also cant say how much...

Re: market
substance_g - honestly, I don't know who is going to be making the moneys off of such a move. I'm a novice at business (at best). If other "mainstream" bands or the "super labels" were to follow, I belive that they are trying to reestablish a permanent connection with a customer ...

quote from Telegraph.co.uk. """None of the things Radiohead are doing with this is unique. All of them have been developed and used by other artists for quite some time. But this is Radiohead. When one of the world's biggest bands does something like this, it will get noticed and it w...

sure
it is a pretty easy thing to do. open your browser window in Live, find your EXS file and then just drag and drop into the main window, and then Sampler will open automatically with the EXS file you just selected! as far as batch imports, i never tried it, but after you create your first imported fi...

sampler vs kontakt
not to spark a debate about what is better? sampler vs kontakt. but i love sampler, i have owned kontakt for awhile, and yes, it is more powerful. but sampler in live just cuts to the chase, loads other formats fine (if you like presets) and better yet is supported by ableton. native instruments hav...
