Anyone else using a Novation SL MKIII together with Push 3 (in controller mode)?

Previously with Push 2, I was able to turn on auto arm by setting the pad mode to Notes and turn it off by setting the pad mode to Session view.

However, with Push 3, auto arm is always on and I can’t find a way to ...

I just found something that seems to be a bug:

When you create an audio track and arm it for recording, the Rec button doesn't light up. It does for midi tracks though.

Also, when you set the audio track to record another track, while monitoring is Auto or In, it doesn't show the level meter leds ...

I got some hardware synth modules, so without keyboard. I use these with the External Instrument device which works great, but:
When I have input monitoring enabled, it sends back all incoming midi cc data ...

Ableton recently fixed several bugs of the the regular mackie universal script.

After a bit of testing, I found a few things:

- It seems the Shift + jog wheel doesn't zoom in/out in arrangement view? You can just switch to Zoom mode using the Zoom button, so not a big deal, but having a momentary function would be nice. I would rather have ...

Yes, but they want a project file of the track when it happens. But when you load the project again, the problem is gone..

Btw I also use a drum rack to send midi to and receive audio (through external effect devices) from individual channels of my TR-8S.

But the problem also (and mainly) happens with other hardware synths, with a regular external instrument device... so not sure if that has anything to do with the TR ...

I have experiences the same thing. It also doesn’t happen every time, can’t really find out under what circumstances it happens..

What helps in my case is to save the project and then load it again. This also implies that it is a bug, since it cannot be saved/recalled.

This is a big workflow ...

I'm also running into the same problem!

I can use specific midi channels for specific midi tracks, but then I lose the ability to play that midi track with my push Or is there a workaround for that?

Hey guys I recently decided to switch from FL Studio to Ableton.

Now I'm trying to setup my USAMO. It works for 1 channel (USAMO > External audio effect), but I'd like to route a few more midi tracks to it, each on its own midi channel.

I tried to do this with an External instrument track, but ...
