but the versions visible or screen are:

I didnt check guitar with push yet but i think you should mention one critical information - with or without charger plugged in? Or both?

Mine came with the jog wheel loose in the bag with my push. They’re sending me a replacement out. I thought it was supposed to be like that, so I just stuck it on and it works fine. But ableton say they need to replace it.

Does anyone know what is the average time support responds to tickets?
Im starting to worry that I somehow mislabeled the ticket and they will not respond at all.
