jur, :
I didn't see any sarcasm in your remark. First, because I have a great sense of humor, and second, because I often ask silly questions. In France, we say that the only silly questions are the ones you don't ask...

Re: The settings appear to have changed.
On the first point, I didn't notice anything or it escaped me.
So, you're telling me my impression is wrong...?
About the second point, it seems my question is ridiculous. I came across this information in a tutorial. It's possible some people are talking nonsense, but I'm not in a position to ...

The settings appear to have changed.
hello everybody,
Why do I get the feeling every time I start my project that the settings (and more specifically the automations) are no longer the ones I saved the day before?
I read somewhere that audio tracks are more stable on each listen than MIDI tracks; but I'm not going to spend my time ...

How doubling a voice ?
Hello everybody,
I'd like to know if there's an audio effect (or anything else) that allows you to double a voice or instrument without having to duplicate it on a new track? I haven't found an answer anywhere.
and the effects library is so extensive that searching is very difficult.
Thanks a lot ...

sporadic keyboard disconnection
Hello,
Why does my keyboard (ARTURIA KEYBOARD MKII 49) disconnect and reconnect immediately every ten seconds?
I would like to attach a screenshot of the "Link, tempo and Midi" tab but I don't know how to do it. Please let me know if you need this information to help me.
Regards,
Pierre S.

how to annotate a set
Hello everyone.
When you compose a chord on a MIDI track, the notes form a small stack. Everyone knows that...
But after many chords, it becomes almost impossible to recognize them easily.
I have to go back note by note to find out which chord it is. It's a big waste of time when the set is ...

Hello everyone,
the velocity of some tracks has become impossible to adjust in the dynamics editor.
Yet the tracks seem to have the same settings
I also noticed that my keyboard (ARTURIA KEYLAB 49 MKII) did not change the volume of the notes played, regardless of how loud I played. Maybe I ...

The notes never stop
Hello,
Something weird is happening to .me: on a midi track, the notes play without ever stopping, overlapping the next one. It is obviously inaudible and unusable.
However, I did not add any effects, the sound is exactly that of the chosen instrument (from Ableton, Arturia or other plug-in) without ...

OK.
I don't understand everything...
Best if I send you a link to the screenshot of the MIDI window as an attachment.
there is not enough space to see everything; so I sent two screenshots: one with the "inputs" and the other the "outputs".
It seems that the keyboard is well connected if I ...

Thanks Niche for your feedback
I will answer your questions in the order you asked them :
Arturia (as well as WIN11) updates are automatic; so everything is an upgrade
Malfunctions are completely independent of the nature of the instrument in use.
This always happens when Ableton is running ...

Hi
I downloaded DSK Overture (WINDOWS) and unzipped the file in this Path :
OS(C) > Programme > Common Files > VST3 as usual.
Then,
I can clearly see the DSK Overture folder with two files inside: "Read Me" and ".dll".

Samples vs VST. which is the most useful?
Hi everybody,
I'm in the middle of a dilemma concerning the use of samples and VST. VSTs are very rich but often complex to master. and they are often very (too much?) expensive.
Samples are more accessible but difficult to manipulate (tone, tempo, cutting, etc.) and to integrate into a track. I ...
