I'v had the Axiom 25 for about 2 weeks now and I like it alot. The keys feel good, it's small enough to chuck in my backpack, it's sturdy, and I'm not really a pianist so it's great for simple chords and general messing about.

I wish the axiom 25 had faders instead of pads though. Seriously those 8 ...

Have you ever seen some of Dj Enferno's work? He has a setup similar to what your trying to do. But he uses 2 separate computers, one dedicated to his ttm57 + 2 tables/effects processors, and another for Ableton with several midi controllers.

I run a Toshiba Satellite P25 S526 laptop with a P4 3.2 Ghx processor and 1 Gig of Ram and it's worked great for the past 3 years I'v had it. It's more of a desktop than a laptop though with it's huge 17inch display and short battery life.

This is alittle off-topic, but I was wondering if it was possible to run both ableton and serato simultaneously on one computer?

I'm working with a 3.2 ghx 1g ram toshiba running windows xp. Prolly would need a mac for two soundcards eh?
