It's not like it works for a while and thengoes South , the 410 when installed allows Live to act normal until you hit the play button or preview a clip....nada happens, the clock never starts, just sits there ....Live still functions in other ways, you can open clips and move them in an out, change ...

I have a IBM T-23 PIII laptop and I am trying to use a M-audio Firewire 410 interface with an HP 4 port combo card. It hangs Live, FruityLoops and Winamp.
The same computer card combo supports my old USB Quattro interface just fine. and the 410 works great on several P4 laptops, I have done the ...

Getting MIDI to Rebirth from Live without an outboard synth
I am using Rebirth as a rewire client to Live and it works great, BUT unless I plug in an outboard synth and external MIDI port to my computer I can not route MIDI from Live to Rebirth's MIDI note mappings. I am trying to switch Rebirth drum and bass patterns from within a MIDI clip running in Live ...

Voyager 1 is dead simple..highly recommended
voyager 1 set up is easy
audio goes in (line or deck)
audio goes thru to mixer (same level no preamp)
midi clock out goes wherever you send it
start your cd or record, wait a few seconds to have voyager calculate the beat and then hit the start button, that will send a synched MIDI start and ...
