Supp..
moved to a MAC runnin bootcamp, reinstalled a load of plugins...everything's cool other than some plugins only show up as 10x10 pixels, i.e. they are there, they play OK, but I can't extend the display to get to their normal view. Most frustrating...any ideas?

Windows 7 bootcamp with Ableton 8 problems!!!
Hey guys,
Right, so I recently moved overseas and left my powerhouse PC desktop back home.
I've just bought a Macbook Pro and as I have so many windows VSTs installed bootcamp. I thought it would be seamless integration but I'm tearing my hair out over a few things:

Drum rack mapping macros for multiple hits...
Supp peeps!
Problem = I've dragged a load of hits into a drum rack, all is good. But I want to map the same parameter, e.g. release, pitch etc globally across all of them.
Can this be done in one foul swoop, or do I have to tediously select the parameter in each chain and map it to the same macro ...

Drum Rack Hotswapping problem
Hey!
Just wonderin if anyone else has come across this. When I try to hotswap a sound in a drumrack the browser defaults to my ableton library, i.e. doesn't actually locate the sample itself that lies outside the library.
Surely I'm missing something simple here!???

Cheers guys, thats helped me out a treat!
However, just one final niggle! - I set up a drum pad and saved it as a default as selthym advised, but what exactly does this entail? I thought it would set it as a 'preference' somehow so whenever I dragged another sample in those would be the automatic ...

drum rack oneshot triggering...
Does anyone know if its possible to set drum rack sounds (in Simpler) to play their whole length regardless of of midi note length? I'm having a problem as, for example, I may have a 16th note snare roll using the same sound but as midi notes in a live clip can't overlap each other its only playing ...

I have the same problem!
Just got Live7, installed and found my BCF2000 is not recognised in Mackie Control mode. I've set it up exactly as I did in Live6's preferences but to no avail. This is a real bummer! Can anyone help????
