Ableton Forum

I can see where this may have become an issue espcially for more advanced users.

I would like to see ableton sacrifice the visual simplicity alittle and at least allow the option of a windowed interface.

(some of us have the video cards to support it, in studio at least.)

I've searched the forum and have not found any official statements from the ableton's reguarding PDC as a matter of fact there are only 2 posts from the abletons

Fact is that ...

this is largerly dependant on your video adapter in your PC, if you shell out $100 for a decent card with DVI, S-vid & VGA outs there isn't much you can't use as a monitor; Plasma, LCD, CRT or TV

I have thought about this before, I actually would like to see the option to "full zoom" where by I could see teh whole project at 1 click.
I'd also like to see 2x, 4x & 8x zoom levels::..

Simply, click on a zoom level button and then click on the project where you would like the zoom to be ...

Multi-track Rendering

For those of us that use other multi-track wav editors/mixers to finalize & master our tracks to a pro level of quality the tedious task of rendering each track to it's own file is rediculous and unneccessary.

Again I add that if live could even generate an Adobe Audition ...

VST Sytem Link OK we understand we might be a rare breed that has Stienberg soundcards on 2 PCs. and I've used VSL with Cubase & Vstack and it works amazingly well. I only prefer the user interface of Live much more. and would really love you have VSL from Live to Vstack on the other PC. Imagine ...

Having the "illegal sample" problem. SoundForge actually removes the corrupted samples from the over all wav. Don't ask me how, but it does...
