I think the way to do this would be to have 'ghost' copies like Cubase ... one 'master' copy which affects all ghost copies. When copying there would be an option to make it a ghost or an original copy.

VST Sytem Link OK we understand we might be a rare breed that has Stienberg soundcards on 2 PCs. and I've used VSL with Cubase & Vstack and it works amazingly well. I only prefer the user interface of Live much more. and would really love you have VSL from Live to Vstack on the other PC. Imagine the POWER!!! unfortunately you cannot get the sample accurate timing through just midi & the soundcards. VSL is a Steinberg copywritten technology and something I'm hoping the Abletons are getting in return for sharing their Warp engine code with them...
