Perhaps you already know this, but the default settings in impulse can change how your samples sound when you drag them in. yes this can be done. all you have to do is take the audio from what you want to sample, warp it, and then create whatever loop you want to use with your other audio. This is all explained in the manual, and the tutorials.

I need some help. I am just starting to use live 6. I want to know if I can take a loop/sample from a song, and just save it in a folder for later use in productions. i want to be able to save multiple loops from the same song, and be able to save those loops with different effects on them.
