After a little back and forth with Ableton Support, I have to say they came through to help me splendidly. After some confusion, a courier (not DHL) came to pick up my Push 1 this morning. Making it's way back to Ableton HQ.

Does the Decksaver Push 1 cover fit on the Push 2? Has anybody tried this?

It's not a nice fit (as in it hugs the contour of the device and the raised knobs). It's more of a "stick something wobbly on top" kind of fit. I've taken it off and use the foam protection that came with the Push 2. It's ...

If this can help, my push hadn't moved for days but when DHL got their hands on it, it moved lightning fast from Austin TX to Montreal QC.

I think there are private couriers dispatching the stuff to DHL. What's the status on your shipment?

I'm from Canada and enrolled in the Trade-in program for Push 2. I received Push 2 and it's beautiful. Now that I've packaged up my Push 1, I go to DHL's site to arrange a pickup for my box, using the provided ticket. The website tells me the waybill number is invalid.
