Because that crashed a lot as well. Same difference. You hope an update is a step forward. I'm not talking for anyone else, just my experience.
Live is my main DAW and it's a pain. I save a lot. You get used to it.

Yeah, but then I've just had my 3rd crash of the day on 8.1.3

Melodyne D.N.A. - Anyone know anything...at all...
Just wondering if anybody has heard any 'new' news on this...
Been over to the Celemony site and it just says the same stuff with no software in sight...
I love Melodyne and it's super useful but I spent a lot of money buying the plug in to enable me to take advantage of their offer of D.N.A. for ...

Re: How to play Logic 8 instruments in Ableton?
Sound flower worked for me, pretty straight forward and an excellent way of routing Main stages excellent keyboards and synths into Live. Cheers folks!!!

Re: Is it just me or is new warping system a pain?
Thanks for the positive advice guys. I appreciate it. Oh and someone who has always bought his Ableton software since Version 3 I think I have the right to vent my spleen very politely on a public forum, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it Sparklepuff.

Re: Is it just me or is new warping system a pain?
Hmmm, I've been a Live user since version 3, and this new system is just a bit of a pain - I understand quite clearly how it works and I can see it is more logical than the old system, but my point was preactically it has really slowed my work flow down, as I'm currently trying to make one master DJ ...

Is it just me or is new warping system a pain?
Had Live 8 since it's release, still not liking the new warping system at all. Slowing my work flow right down compared to Live 7. Grrr. Any tips? Any one prefer it? Likng the other features too much in L8 to consider going back to 7.

Just say no!!!
I sympathise, I love bread but it was giving me chronic indigestion for months, to the point of half a pack of Rennie a day, I gave it up two months ago (apart from once when I just had to have a fresh ciabatta that looked sooo tasty!), and guess what? Indigestion gone. Completely. Feel great, just ...

MPD Continued...
Cheers for the advice folks, one thing I'm already having a problem with:
I have mapped the 8 volume faders to 8 audio tracks in my default Live template, at first the volume was going up to +6dB as default, so I have obviously gone into MIDI mapping in Live and set the master level for each track ...

Korg MS2000
Korg MS2000. Cheapish second hand, the keyboard version is way cooler than the rack one, as it has wooden edges, which as everyone knows makes it sound better. Great keyboard and synth, also use it for MIDI control of Live along with AKAI MPD32.
