Nice mix, the first minutes are not to my liking, but the rest i must say I enjoyed. Which way are u using live for that session?

if i remember correctly, asio latency was like 20ms and nope u can't use the jog wheels to spin scratch or cue.. u can assign them to any parameter that supports MIDI inifinite-knobs-type input...

none of the clip controls can be mapped to midi or keyboard as a matter of fact... still haven't ...

are u sure the midi in and out devices are enabled in both instances of live?

try MIDI-OX to see if ure computer is actually receiving the midi messages...

get a simple midi controller with a button that you can assign to your bpm tap-in...
no tempo saving, but you could play with MIDI-OX to map MIDI keyboard to different values of BPM... msg me if you want more info on that...
trigger songs via MIDI? you mean trigeer a clip or a scene.. sure thats ...

I bought this for controlling the traktor dj studio.. it does a fine job at that.. sometimes the buttons get a little stuck for a second after you press them or arent' very sensitive, thats the only build problem this thing has.. it may look like a toy but i tell you i was suprised by the build ...

use multiple instances, or load one before the other,
for example:

reason and live: Load reason first, then Live

and for live and cubase: which i hear can both be used as rewire slave or master devices, so try starting one instance of live first.. that instance will become a rewire host.. start ...

you can be editing a loop as it plays, if you go into session view. Just trigger a loop midi clip to play, and double click in it, you'll be able to edit the notes of the loop that are playing...

ok, trouble already...... if the follow time is divided into bars, beats, and 16ths why is it that I set the 16ths box to 1, the beats and bars box to zero, why does the beats box keep snapping back to 1 everytime I click off it?

i don't think you can map a midi controller to delete a clip

You should however look into midi utilities programs. I'm sure there's one that could possibly listen to a certain MIDI event and map this into a keyboard event. Sorry i have no idea weather such program exists but the concept ...
