Nightmare. 12.2.b9 - b11 reminds me of the Live 8 / 9 shitshow. Whole UI is sluggish and GPU rendering on my Win 10 workstation is crashing Live every 5mins due to GPU ...

Midi clock / transport signal delay compensation isn't fixed. Your test condition might have been wrong setup.

1+ for this feature. Yeah insane to request this. I'm stunned I have to Google that. Every Daw has a default piano roll grid setting. In live I have to guess everytime what a grid size I get for the next clip...

Render as loop, insert as clip, set clip play marker in at 50% of the clip, render again. Sounds appropriate?

I just installed the new release and happy to read in the changelog that the typo was optimized. But after opening live not happy anymore. Not happy. Total disappointed about 9. Tried the 9 trial, it was crashing or not even starting and I think it burned my ram (was running ableton after live crash serveral times and I had to reset because the Live process could be killed. After that my pc wasn't starting anymore - 4 month young ram ...

YES, of course! Totally different story and far away from this context. This could fill an other thread, why its not so wise to limit before compression. Or sidechaining tracks that are compressed in the bus again.

Now, really? You guys want to open up a list (or really scary - have this as a wallpaper) and calculate the device chain before you insert a plugin while your producing MUSIC?! :roll:

BTW @ze2be: I don't think he manage to put ableton plugins in the ...

Keep the device chains as simple and sparse as possible, and dont do anything fancy with send effects like nested or parallel racks, rythm gates, glitch sequencers, side chaining etc. Render as much as you can to audio and re-allign the audio file if its a bit out of time.
