Mine are not always 1 key, but they are always easy to do one handed, and easily customisable. They are mostly 2 key. Of course I use 1 key for critical things like Zoom In/Out and Draw Tool (draw tool now being 1 key by default in Live 9, I assume Ableton got that idea off me
).
