you also might have the master volume envelop fluctuating...

make sure you didn't change the volumes when you accidentally left the OVR on...

you need to use the xlr inputs on it...

route it the same way you would for the 1/4 inch jacks...

if you are using a mic or guitar thru the 1/4 inch jacks then it's gonna hum..
