I don't think people are whining about operator vs. any other synth, people..(abletons user base) are sick of synths, they don't give a fuck what it sounds like. it sounds like you missed that bit, doesn't have much to do with hype of a great sounding ...

Not all of you, but there was a lot of whining and bitching in the large Operator thread.

Just stumbled upon the ableton forums in the last couple of days, and have been reading a good bit while at work. Even mentioned the boards to another producer buddy of mine, because I was impressed with the knowledge of some of the crowd and there perspective.

Just bought your latest EP, Adam Jay.. great stuff man, keep it up.

I used to mixdown and finish up in Nuendo, but now I soley use ableton and love it. Sure it has a slightly dirty sound, but it fits my style of music perfectly.
