The Firewire solo has two stereo output busses that present themselves in Live as 1-2 and 3-4. The headphone out always echoes 1-2 and by default this is sent to the analogue outs and 3-4 to the digital outs.

I am not able to make it work. I can see, in hardware set up, but only internal card can be heard, both main and cue.
It works without problems in Traktor but not in Live.
sounds like it could be an issue with how you have the outputs or cueing setup in live. try disabling all but the first pair ...
