try support@ they replied and sorted it out within 24hours! the one thing i will miss is abletons customer service, they have always been good for me.

you get 2 unlocks, as far as im aware, i had live5 unlocked on my desktop for working at home and unlocked it on my laptop for djing.

same here, i emailed a week ago, no reply, not really able to make international phone calls, i dont expect an immediate response but a week is reasonable is it not? ill send another email to be sure. i emailed the customer care address.

must be a macbook thing as i have one using a c2d imac and its great, only thing is it loses connection if you put the imac to sleep - but then so does the wireless net adaptor so its a apple problem not focusrite

i think bt are a poor telecoms provider and their inability to invest in the uk phone line infrastructure means i have shitty slow broadband :(

get a midi translator like bomes and convert them to key strokes, then map keys to transport controls and it works fine

hi all, seem as though tommorow we can get l6 proper - cant wait. after the beta im gonna upgrade my l5 to 6 with sampler and operator. my questions, is operator and sampler teamed with impulse the best way to go, ive got bogged down on having the latest/best plugs which when ive tried the demos tho...

i use ms pinky and the vst pinky pluggo - it works ok, no noticable latencey but the plug in window is very restrictive. i may just buy torq and compare it to pinky & the u46dj card with built in pre amps i use, i think with the torq program and the fact i use a trigger finger too ill run it and liv...

yeah - just back here because of the l6 stuff, so was noseying around my old pm's. yeah would be cool to start a northwest type thing, im now getting stuck on stuff dj/production wise and would be cool to meet up with users to actually see how others do stuff
