UG. I just worked on a mix for a long time, had about 5 tracks with waves plugins. when i went to render, it all just rendered as silence (nothing was muted, master channel was up) I said "hmm let me save and just restart my computer, that fixes stuff sometimes" So I did. As of now, I use serato scratch live to dj parties. I do a fair amount of blending and scratching, but the most important part about the parties I am doing is the song selection, and a clean transition... whether it be a drop on the 1, or a short blend. When i select the region to render to disk, and go through the render, I hear a hit on all midi instrument tracks when the render is over. Then when i listen to the aif file, it has that hit in the very beginning of the song, even if there are no notes programed for that instrument. i am using Live ...

anyone here use a trackball? I just got the logitech trackman wheel and i dont know if i want to keep it. Does anyone find using a trackball with bigger ball (pause) is easier or more comfortable?
