The dempo seems to be the best option, and to be honest - the more I think about it I don't why I just haven't tried it out yet.
Cheers for the advice one and all.
Jake.

5.0.3
So Kinetic, your basically saying don't upgrade to 5.0.3 yeah? Just wait until 5.2 comes out and see what the reaction is?
Beacuse I'm purely soft based, freeze is my main concern here because I don't sample a huge amount, I run a lot of plug's simultaneously which is obviously demanding when ...

A bit unfair.
Yeah,
to be fair Justin, I think the ABLESCUM comment is slightly harsh. I appreciate your situation but have you actually contacted them to ask for maybe a free download of v4?
Then you would get a perfectly bugfree version just without the extra features.

Should I upgrade to Live 5?
Hello All,
I'm currently running a soft studio with Live 4.1 as the hub on my Imac G5 (Tiger - 10.4.4). Recently, I purchased a Yamaha 01X to improve my mixing capabilities within Live and was going to upgrade to 5 at the same time.
However, although I don't post much, I'm an avid reader of this ...

Hi,
I print all my CD's on my Epson Stylus Photo R200. The print quality isn't bad at all and it only cost £80! In terms of fresh ink you can buy cartridges for a tenner a piece which isn't bad value at all.
It's a pretty low-tech solution and you'lll have spend some time printing them all out but ...

For me, this could possibly be a focusrite issue. Recently I bought a copy of Future music which had free demo versions of the new Focusrite saffire compressor and EQ plug's. When I installed them and began to mess around they sounded absolutely great then after using them on a couple of channels ...

Yamaha 01X mono playback
Hi,
I've just recently bought the above mixer to use in tandem with Live and after an age of trying to get sound out of it thanks to the cryptic manual, all I can get is a mono signal!
I haven't even bothered using it with Live yet as I don't want to complicate matters.
Has anybody else had this ...

Nice.
Thanks ever so much, you have just sorted my problem. I had already tried this, but had forgotten to monitor so had no idea it was working.
Once again, thanks.
Jake.

Apologies tekmonki,
could you just explain briefly how do this?
I'm not totally familiar with the workings of battery just yet.
Any help would be appreciated,
Cheers,
Jake.
