having the same problem on XP.

live 7.0.2 was fine but the updated 7.0.5 I cant see any routing options and when I open a track with a routing structure the options are in red.

will try re-installing

this has been bugging me for ages, you import a sample in impulse and it plays really loud compared to the original sample.

I have either turn down the velocity or the master volume.


Yet in other samplers I can have the note at maximum velocity (127) and sounds like it should do, also noticed the ...

eveything sounds bad, so much so thinking of selling the box and going back to the onboard sound.

What card do you use in your laptop?

I have checked the settings and there isnt any kind of eq boost or effects

checked mono and it's fine can pan left and right.

Mage a recording out of the line out and thats fine, it's just the headphone output.

gonna record that and post tomrrow so you can hear what I'm going through, it's going from from a portable radio to a hi-fi system.

having major pobs with a usb box, when I plug my phones straight into it sounds like theres a big chunk of lo end missing but when I plug em into the laptop sounds fine.

Just wondered if people have a extra amp between sound card and headphone, coz when I plug some crappy powered desktop speakers ...

Why is the velocity box set at 70% and not 100% and why does the samples sound much louder without any effects and all the the volume set to 0 then compared to importing them as audio ...

trying to use it but it has a weird metallic sound too it, in flstudio it's fine

Got a demo of fm7 and it works fine until I try tweaking the sound or changing the preset then I get no sound. Works fine in Live 4.14.

Also psp vintage warmer dosen't show up at all in 5 but fine in 4, anyone had these the trubs

Thats the way I have been doing it, just wondered if there was another way which didn't involve so many channels.

Let me explain first.

I have a kick, snare and a 3 hat samples loaded up in impulse, I want send the kick, snare and the hats to seperate channels. I can send the kick and snare ok, but how do I send the 3 hats to a single channel.

If I can get that sorted then It be goodbye fruity loops.
