a scene is a collection of clips that can all be launched simotaniously, and geenrally compose a certain section of the song, or a groove.
in other words, looking at live in the session view, a scene is just the rows you see, with the scene launch button being the one all the way to your right ...
been getting a few emails asking about the vst and fx stuff used in making these songs. thought i'd post it here and contribute, hope it helps someone out there or expands your arsenal of tools.
different subsets were used in each song, but here is a compilation.
looked into it and sure enough, when i last mixed/mastered the songs, i had played with some kick tightening techniques, and had set the multiband delay too great.
checked out your site and you got some nice stuff going on, man, im very happy for you. Gamma Storm is a solid piece of work, really like the breakdown and buildup, and i can hear some deep rooted knowledge of music theory. keep up the great work.
