Anyone have any tips on preparing unmastered music for a PA system.

whats so bad about a laser mouse. Wouldn't a Wacom just end up hurting your wrist after a few hours???

Okay, so in the few times that i've used Live to play a show...i've always had to crank the tracks to where the Master would be peaking for there to be any "bumpage" in the house speakers.

Granted not all of my tracks are hi-res. However, I even have noticed problems with purchased music as well ...

I can't figure out how to use my APC 40 as an instrument tool as opposed to just launching clips. Any advice on how to work it like a Monome?

How much preperation does it involve just for beatmatching, i get the whole FX rack and all the hullabaloo you can do once tracks are synced. However, having my tracks lock in and stay together is(for some reason) the tricky part. Help please!! This is getting frustrating

Most of my sampling is done in the drum rack, which means each cut has its own simpler.

For instance, im using this sample right now...and i would like each cut to have the same LFO settings as the previous. Is there a way i can copy the LFO from the first cut, and apply it to the rest of the cuts ...

I was working on a song, and i went to take a break. I re-loaded the song. And it was at half speed, and not just that one session. ALL OF MY SESSIONS are now at half speed....wtf is going on?!!?

I would love to have my control surface as a hands on tool for Live 8. I use it to track in live 8 but does anyone know how i can use its MIDI outs to assign functions in MIDI mode?

I've already pulled it up in MIDI preferences and have the input set as DIGI 003(Port3(Control). I have the Takeover ...

I am still on Live 6 and i definitely want to upgrade to 7. But i was wondering if I just waited till 8 came out, would i still get it at the discounted price?
