Does anyone know of a good freeware sampler that can import esx24 samples for playing in Ableton, as I have a few mapped instrument samples I want to access and play in Live. I know the new sampler for v6 will be able to do this, but until this comes.............

Any suggestions please?

yes running it all through the USB cable. so I should change the buffer size on the Delta card then yes?

Just bought a new Virus TI, which I am very excited about. However, I have got it running and installed the latest software and the audio is crackling. I was wondering if anyone knows of a possible solution to this please?

This is all it would take for me personally to call this a perfect update. Very excited about purchasing this upgrade.

Good work Ableton, if you do see fit, please squeeze this into a future update. I only use this as a DAW and I have one screen going to waste waiting for your update ...

yeah I can get the latency low, but I still get a very big delay in my recordings. monitoring is delayed which is a big problem for me

I am having a very similar problem. I run a PC and live 5.1.2 with a Delta 44 soundcard

I am really confused as to why Live seems to create this delay in recording. Even with monitoring it is delayed, and when working with singers, this is very offputting and can ruin the singers timing because ...

i agree with all the points above. now that i've cracked sidechain compression in live, the only feature i miss now from logic is better quantisation features, and i do find it hard to see why ableton have not made this a higher priority in their live 5 update?

i was wanting to know if there is much features in live 4 for dual screen support. i know at the moment you can stretch out your screen so that it goes accross both screens, but it would be nice to be able to have the arrange window on one screen, and the session screen on the other. Is ...

sorry, i am looking through the manual here, but i am not seeing how i tell the track how to send to my new drum track? am i missing something really obvious here?
