Also, with 2880-by-1800 resolution, aren't all your vst's going to be like a square inch? My Imac has 2560-by-something and even at that resolution on a LARGER screen, i can hardly see some of my vst's (often i'll drag them onto my 32" monitor that is only 1500x800 ish and then they are HUGE), so ...

Also worth pointing out that the new MacBook Pro laptops do not include an ethernet port.
That means DJs must have a dongle to connect to CDJ-2000s. 8O

I've moved on to Logic 9 at this point. There's only a few functions in Ableton that i miss, like the ability to put multiple samplers on a chain selector, and that the exs24 doesn't have a Forward/Reverse sample loop option (??).

Anyone know a way to do this? I have a few tracks that i started in Ableton a little while back, and now i'm mostly using Logic 9. I'd like to just get the midi note data and the automation data from Ableton into Logic. I can manually set up the Logic samplers so that's not a huge deal (unless there ...

REX files are worthless in Live imho. Whenever i use a REX file in Live, i end up bouncing it BACK to a freaking .wav (i have a bunch of Rex files from when i used to use Reason WAY back and from my partner who used Logic 7 for years).
