I do know that it is not real time and is dependent on the audio driver buffer size, but this was real real sluggish. Oddly enough when I loaded it up today and tried it on the main volume of a soft synth ( fabfilters Twin) and it worked a lot better. I guess there must have ...

OK ... I'm getting further but still have a lot of issues.

Sorry - Just fixed one of the issues. Now the ADSR works as expected but it is so slow !!! Can't possibly play fast rhythms with this. Anyone know what I can do to make the ADSR react faster?

Is there a way to create an ADSR for midi events (0-127) instead of audio? The Object in Max4Live is audio only and I can't figure out how to convert the output to control parameters such as track volume.
Any ideas?

I figured it out. The first error was that I had to change the range from an integer at 1-127 to a floating point 0. to 1. . That at least fixed the range issue. Then I changed the quantization value and was able to make it work. Crap patch, but at least it works now.
