New breaks track "Something for your Soul"

Guys I've just finished a slightly different electro breaks track. Would be great to get some feedback from you before I release it. It's on my myspace page (just click on my signature)..

New track title is called "Something for your soul"

Let me know what you think.

Cheers!

Hey cool i'll give that a go so long as I don't have to create 2 of the sample VSTI's and plugins per track, that would suck.

Thanks for your reply dude!

Please HELP !! Monitoring a clip whilst OVERDUBBING

Hi,

I tried the search function on this but got back so many results I couldn't read through them all. So here is my problem..

locators

Is there a shortcut key to make the start and end locator points snap onto the current selection in the arrange window ? I'm finding it annoying having to zoom out again then move the locator points whilst working in loop mode. I couldn't find it in the manual (i'm using Live 4.1)

From my experience of overclocking, for writing music..... It's not worth it!

When you overclock your computer it gets ALOT hotter and unless you install extra fans / chip cooling you can:

(a) blow it up

(b) create problems / lockups within your cpu (the hotter it gets, the more errors it ...

You basically hit the hammer on the head by implying "I have TOO much gear"

If you've got TOO much gear then, "you have TOO MANY options". You are making it difficult for yourself to be creative. This is because there is SO much THINKING going on inside your head and there are TOO MANY options ...

The new Hi-MD minidisc recorders can record in 16bit linear PCM mode (ie no compression). They can also accept 1Ghz discs and offer usb transfer straight to your p.c.

One more thing i've found (on the yamaha rs7000 which is not the same machine but similar) is if you are going to SYNC ableton via midi-clock, then try to send ONLY midi-clock to ABLETON and NOT all the note, program change, control change data etc... This stop ableton from going out of sync with your ...
