I had this question:
viewtopic.php?p=1834374#p1834374
It would be nice if there's a way to do that in the clip menu.

OK, I just found that this question was already asked here

change speed of a non-warped clip
Hi,
I have an audio sample whose speed I want to change independently of the global BPM.
So I disabled the warp, but then I can't change the value of its BPM (or its speed in any way).
I can change the pitch, which change the playback speed, but I want to keep the pitch steady.
I may be missing ...

Re: Output of an audio track to control the Tempo-Follow ?
@doubleUG Thanks for the link. I was hoping for a (preferably free) solution with Live's native tempo follower.
Besides it does not work with Mac M1 processor, which I am using.
Any other ideas?

Output of an audio track to control the Tempo-Follow ?
Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to use the output of an audio track to control the Tempo-Follow?
Right now it seems only possible to set the input from the preference panel, where only the audio interface inputs are available.
What I would like is to process an audio input (coming from a ...

Re: pan individual notes
If you want to modulate panning by velocity, you can easily do it the way I described above using velocity zones in the instrument rack (https://www.ableton.com/en/manual/instrument-drum-and-effect-racks/#velocity-zones)
No, I want to modulate panning (or whatever synth parameter) *per-note* with ...

EDIT: don't know what 'MPE' is, so maybe my answer is irrelevant; sorry if that's the case
@antic604 : MPE = "Multidimensional Polyphonic Expression", used by so-called "3D-notes" or "expressive" interfaces like Roli Seabord, Joué, LinnStrument, Soundplane, McMillen K-Board, etc.

Re: pan individual notes
@chapelier fou : yes, precisely: instruments should do that. That's why I was asking ableton ! ;)
Among other clumsy techniques to do that, I do the following (as a good compromise between precise panning and lightweight-ness) : you can have two tracks with the same synth panned left and right ...

pan individual notes
hello Ableton,
is there any chance MPE made (or will soon make) possible the panning of individual MIDI note ?
(For those who would answer too fast : I'm aware of the automation, but I'm not talking about global panning here, think of your note release that would get panned badly).
