Checked the audio cable(s)?

I had the joy of getting to demo one. It is perfect for acoustic guitar. Get the ring that goes with it. When I was looking at these things (2008) the ring did not come with the mic. It is a great mic on its own but the ring can really boost its functionality.

To reduce the flames I use my MPC with Live.

I love my MPC "sort of". I have a first generation Blue MPC1000.

I am considering the pad upgrade from MPCStuff.

Is there anyone on this forum that has done this upgrade? Does the upgrade really improve the feel and usability of the MPC? Is it ...

You can tell a good compressor because you go to it all the time, you know what settings to adjust, you can here the results right away, and you cant tell what just happened to your sound. The sound just sounds better.
