So no-one interested in this essential feature?!
I guess Bitwig had the functionality but I would love to have it in Live.

Split Clip at every 16th in Arrange vieuw
Hi Guys,
The CMD-E command splits a clip at the selection. Is there a way to split the selected clip at every 16th or even better at the chosen grid setting in once?
Thanks!

Quantise off while recording a clip.
Hello,
Is there a way to set quantise to off when recording midi clips?
Is this "saveable' in the prefs?
Thanks.
Daduk

Editing midi notes
Hi Guys, In Logic there is a function which gives you the possibility to place the note in a beat a note higher or lower but exactly on the same timing. As long as you keep shift depressed it stays exactly at the same place horizontally but as said on a higher or lower note. Is this possible in Live...

Re: Preparing Live set
Tarekith, Your Article covers more than I ever could dream of! Thank you, thank you. One of my questions regarding that article is this. You write " I do this by assigning the Cue Volume knob on the APC to Live’s tempo field. Generally if I know the next song is at a faster tempo, I’ll slowly s...

Re: APC 40 launch device
Thanks man but i just looked at the videos and I don't need that much extras. I want to keep the APC as it was brought originally by Ableton and Akai. Only thing for now I miss is that device launching possibility.

Re: APC 40 launch device
For me this is quitte unbelievable. The APC40 offers more than it promises and I really love the machine A LOT. This functionality onther hand is a quitte basic function which is simply needed when mixing. Of course you have to use your ears buit seeing what you are doing in a synth or plug-in is re...

Re: How do you mix in Live?
How do you create a group? Or is it just a matter of routing the outputs of the drum tracks to one specific track?

Daduk

How do you mix in Live?
Do you create subgroups, sends and in what order?
What I want is to combine the drum elements in one group and in the same time ad some send glue on the specific elements withing the drums bus.
What path would be smartest to do this?
Cheers,
Daduk
