i have a major problem with ableton live 5.2

the program stops when i want to render a song or channel in to 24bit and 48khz.

i dont know why and the strange thing is that i CAN render a channel in 16bit 44.1khz

please. help!

a major problem has happend. since i've updated osx to 10.4.6 from 10.4.5 and i don't know what happend. but live won't work correct after that.
i can't render wich is a major problem since live is my main program !!!!
i use live 5.2

I would probably back off the distortion/bit reduction whatever it is just a hair, but I guess that's just taste.



actually there isn't much distortion as you may belive.
the drums is that way when i made them.
some of the "bitpop" sounds are just sinedrum.

blip is made from simpler
lead is made fron microkorg
and drums are from reaktor sinedrum

i've recently sold my firewire interface so i have to use my powerbooks internal soundcard.
it works great when i preform but if i'll try to record something with the input the computor feels like glue combined with the worst kind of mudd.

can someone please help me to configure ableton ...

this is my first time i release any songs here but anyway.

this little song is mainly based on my sidstation thats been sequenesed from live and recorded to live.

it's going to be released on a small label this summer :D

just re-installed v. 5.0 after an update to 5.0.2 cause it drained my powerbook. when i used 5.0 it was around 20% from the computor. but when i updated it it quickly ran up to about 60%. WTF !!!!


i didnt change anything so i don't whats happend!

did it happend to anyone else ?

i have a serius problem my new powerbook and live 5.
just bought them along with a motu traveler interface and more RAM (traded my drumkit).

many times now the cpu has gone up 60-70% and by just using 1 track.

i'm not a heavy user with effects since most of my samples i already fixed.
