Re: songwriter/instrumentalist use of live on a gig.
Wow! Love it! Great song, most importantly. And great use of the looping feature. We are going to be using Ableton for beats and keyboard instruments next week, so as Folk/rock band its cool to see other genres represented

Re: Using two midi keyboards on different tracks
I haven't been able to find "midi/sync" options. I'm not at home now, but I've been looking for something like that and other than the basic midi selecting options under "preferences" i haven't seen that. I'll get back to you once I get home, but where are the "midi/sync" options?

Re: My Nintendo soundtrack is up for FREE! Chiptune/8-bit
Awsome! Sadly I'm at work and I can't listen to it but i'm going to download this as soon as I get home. Glad to see Ableton used for this as I plan to start doing some chiptune stuff again. I have some stuff I just found from years ago that I did very haphazardly. Give it a listen if you want :D ...

Re: lets hear it for FL
Jacksonville, FL user here! Just got ableton for my rock/folk band. We have some electronic beats and lots of keyboard stuff so we want to use it for live shows and to help write songs with from here on out. Once we figure out how to properly use two keyboards at once...

Using two midi keyboards on different tracks
I didn't want to make a new topic, but I've been searching the site for 4 days and can't find an proper answer.
I have two midi keyboards (Axiom 25, Keyrig 49). I want to use both at the same time, plugged into USB ports on my computer. This isn't a problem, but what I want to do is use them both ...

Re: New album of Lambrase (Mix and mastering with ableton live)
Really dig your stuff man. I'll probably buy your album later today. I tend to like the more chiptune sounds of electronica, but you blend a few other things in there that I really like together.

Indie/Folk/Rock with slight electronic vibes
Hi all! My band Waightstill Avery has actually been doing everything in Pro Tools until recently. All of these mixes where created in Pro Tools, but we've just aquired Ableton and are going to use it to create the electronic beats and keyboard effects you hear in the songs as well as help us create ...
