hi there,

i was wondering if you can assign ALL of your samples on the pads in the rack to one choke group? i tried selecting all of the samples, and then assign one sample but it doesn't do it for the whole selection. is there a way to achieve this? its pretty nasty to assign 64 slices to one ...

i've been looking into this quite some time now, and most vj programs (for windows) are not good enough for video scratching. You can scrub in arkaos, you can only do it when your video is not playing. In resolume you cán scrub while your video is playing, but then again with both programs you DONT ...

Okay i kinda figured it out myself, still dont know if theirs something wrong with either ableton live or reason, or my midi drivers (or windows XP)

When im running Live 5.0.2, everything goes smooth UNTILL i start up Reason 3.0.4, even when i havent configured anything yet to Reason, as soon as i start up the program, all my notes starting to hang.

I have no idea what i'm doing wrong! If anybody has tips, thanks.

Is it possible to 'extend' this feature? I'm used to an akai mpc workflow, which you can assign all of your samples in your program to multiple mute groups, with live5 you can only achieve that with slot7 and 8. Any way to 'bypass' this?

But then again,

If lets say, a pad goes from 0 to 100, can you program it that as soon as you reach lets say, 80-100, it goes on, and as soon as it gets below that, it goes off?

Serotoninsteve, that topic doesn't make much sense to me since im not a midi expert. I can't test the TF anywhere so im depending the purchase of a TF from this board.
