Just watching Robert Henke's video where he makes a grain delay matrix in Live to create the sound of a thunder storm.

Does anyone else know of any cool grainular techniques to make enviromental sound like this?

Just playing with the demo. Yeah absolutly love it, definatly gonna get me one of these.

Thanks for that. On another note, how stable is it? Have you had any crash problems? And if your using it on a mac is it best used as a vst with live or as an audio unit with logic?

Has anyone used both Abelton and Phatmaik Pro? If so how do the size up just on the slicing and manipulation front. Also would you recommend getting Phatmatik if youve already got Albeton?

Cheers Mr Angstrom, great stuff. I reckon a bit of that with some loop offset and a bit of crossfader action and we'll be slicing it up in no time.

See, all I'm really interested in is loop manipulation or somthing like that cause I've got everything else covered with Logic, Reaktor, Reason and all that. So what does it do with regards to just loop manipulaion? Also does anyone else rewire it to logic and what do you use it for?

I've got Logic and a few other things. I also got Live but for the life of me I cant see what to do with it. As a rewire to Logic what use is it? All it seems to do is play loops?

I feel I'm missing the point. If anyones got any tip or pointers or any ideas how I might put it to some use please let ...
