Is it me or did Sound on Sound magazine did not included the monthly tips&tricks.. come on guys when will we see something coming up of a new Live9. Need something to talk/write bout it.. ...

Open each song and save it to a new location on your HD, then go to File-> Collect All And Save. This will copy only the files actually used in that project to the new folder location.

doing right now.. seems to only good choice. would be nice if there would be a "clean up" button for projects ...

Will show you any unused files within a Project or Ableton Set.

I there see about 10.9 gb of unused files that are not used with the 6 songs within the project. but when i click "show", on these different files, it shows up in the browser on the left. but there i can not ...

I have one folder/project that contains about 6 songs. These songs are now finished and wonder how I can archive/cleaning up this folder/project. It contains about 18gb of data, and I am sure that there are also a lot of stuff during the experimental period of the songs, that is not used anymore ...

I am looking for an old style parametric eq..10bands/20bands.. but ableton does not seem to have this out of the box. a max for live device would also be fine, which i prefer above vst.. i need this for my guitar parts, since for these kind of things i like this better then the EQ8 or EQ3 anyone ...

Original post, nov 2010, wouldn't it be time. Even Reason comes up now and all other daws already had. What is taking so long, what is Ableton doing all these time.... Ableton is great, but once in a time it is nice to have new things in your hand that makes you get creative in a other/new way. And ...

thanks, the external audio thingy works fine. the other option i know about. i use this in the impulse setup. wish somehow i still could have remote control of the separate drumrack channels on my remote sl screen. since it only shows up drums, while in the impulse mode, when channels are grouped ...

I have a problem to decide what to use.. DrumRack or Impulse with grouped channels.

Somehow on the way, my midi drum parts/clips got separated. Now how do I get them back to one clip that does have all the midi drum notes in it and not only kick, another just snare etc... when I drop them over each other it just replaces it, but i want it to merge.... see here

It seems that drum machines are all over the place, but still con not find a decent (free) Acoustic (Rock/Metal) Drum Live Pack. Any suggestions would be welcome
