I have an inexpensive multi-window solution that works for both Live 8 and 9 if you have max for live. I also have a standalone version for non-max for live users in development. Come visit me at www.erasermice.com, or http://www.youtube.com/learnmax

Only issue is if you use externals that are only available for 32bit. I haven't seen too many people doing that though.

Yes, they work and there's also an upcoming special "lock to device" mode where the pseudo session window will automatically scroll with your device.
